摘要
为实现准确的三级成本核算,促进预算管理,提出新型卷烟机烟丝实时计量称重系统,文中重点阐述了该系统的设计思路、系统的结构。该系统的特点是将动态计量转化为静态计量,较完善地解决了实时、高速、在线计量系统中的精度问题。
A new kind of tobacco weight measuring system of cigarette making machine has put forward to promote the budget management, which give an precision production cost check of workshop. The construction and designing idea in this system are described in detail in this paper and the system's characteristics changed the weight measuring system from dynamic statement to static statement. It can resolved the accurate problem of the system in time, high speed and on-line.
