摘要
建设生态工业园,发展循环经济已经成为我国工业园区谋求可持续发展的战略选择。可持续发展的本质是生态系统的持续承载。本文分析了工业园区生态系统结构特点和承载递阶关系,初步构建了工业园区生态承载力评价指标体系,并以大连某工业园区为例进行了工业园区生态承载力综合评价分析,从生态承载力角度对工业园区可持续发展的瓶颈问题和发展对策进行了浅析,以期对生态工业理论研究和实践应用提供一定的借鉴和参考。
Eco-industrial development is being taken as a strategy to promote the sustainable development in industrial parks in China. Sustainable carrying of the eco-system is the basic of sustainable development. The author analyzed the carrying structure and stepping features of the eco-system within industrial parks. Indicator system was set up accordingly, followed by a systematic assessment of ecological carrying capacity in industrial parks by a case study in Dalian. In the last part, suggestions and conclusions were given so as to develop industrial parks in a more sustainable way based on the regional ecological carrying capacities.
