摘要 制备合成气一步法二甲醚合成催化剂 ,并通过固定床管式反应器对催化剂进行评价。考察了催化剂活性组分对二甲醚合成转化率、选择性的影响 ,催化剂制备方法对催化剂活性的影响。最后优化出Cu -Zn -A和分子筛的相对比例范围 ,确定共沉淀法为制备方法。 The preparation of catalyst for dimethyl ether synthesis from syngas in one step process is investigated and the characteristics of the catalyst are tested by fixed-bed tube reactor. The effects of active component of catalyst on the conversion rate and selectivity of dimethyl ether synthesis is studied in this paper, and the influence of the preparation method on the catalyst activity is also investigated. Finally the relative ratio dimension of Cu-Zn-A and molecular sieve are optimized, and co-precipitation is adopted as the method of the catulyst preparation.
