微观反应动力学对于反应器开发的优势

摘要 与L -H模型相比较微观动力学在反应器的设计模拟工作中有更广的适用范围。在较宽的浓度范围和温度范围内都能得到比较良好的模拟效果。因此在反应器设计放大中用微观动力学模型来表征相对于L -H模型更有优势 ,可以缩短反应器设计周期 ,减少放大级数 ,加大放大倍数。以部分氧化制合成气为体系讨论了微观动力学的表征手段 ,并给出了反应器结合的计算方法等 ,探讨了它的可行性 ,该研究为反应器的开发铺设了一条可行、高效的新路。 The application range of micro kinetics is wider than L-H model in simulation design of reactors. It has got good simulation results in wide concentration and temperature range. As a result, micro kinetics model is better than L-H model for the scale-up design of reactors, which can shorten the period of reactor design, reduce the amplifier stages, and increase the magnifying multiple. This paper indicates the investigation methods of micro kinetics in the system of synthesis gas by partial oxidation, introduces the calculation methods of reactor combination, and discusses the feasibility. The research provides the available and high-effective ways to develop the reactors.
