摘要 严重急性呼吸综合征 (severeacuterespiratorysyn drome,SARS)在 2 0 0 3年我国南方爆发流行 ,波及众多国家和地区 ,引起了全球关注 .在确证SARS病原体为继Group1 ,2 ,3后的一类新冠状病毒SARSCoronavirus(SARS CoV)之后 ,全球对SARS相关冠状病毒进行了广泛的研究 .至目前为止 ,SARS CoV的基因组已在多个实验室中测定 ,并通过多种途径分析了其基因结构特征 .本文综述了SARS CoV的基因组成与结构、病毒的复制。
