护士对举证责任倒置制度的紧张状况调查

Investigation on Nurses' Stress Status After Introduction of Burden Shift of Proof

目的探讨不同层次护理人员对举证责任倒置制度 (下称制度 )的紧张状况是否存在差异。方法采用自编量表对 182 6名护士进行问卷测试 ,比较不同年龄、工龄、职称、学历和不同等级医院护士对制度的紧张水平、紧张反应和应对能力。结果不同年龄、工龄、职称护士对制度的紧张水平和应对能力比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (均P <0 .0 1) ,高年资护士对制度的紧张水平和应变能力相对高于低年资护士 ;二级甲等医院护士对制度的紧张水平高于三级甲等医院。结论建议各医疗机构加强低年资护士的法律知识教育 ,提高其自我保护意识和应变能力 ,采取有效措施从容应对举证。

Objective To find out whether differences in the stress status exist among the nursing staff at different levels after the implementation of “Burden Shift of Proof”.Methods One thousand eight hundred and twenty-six nurses were investigated by using self-compiled inventory and comparison was made in stress levels,stress reactions and abilities to deal with emergencies among nurses of various ages,lengths of service,professional titles and educational backgrounds,medical institutions after the implementation of “Burden Shift of Proof”.Results Significant differences were found in the status of stress resulted from the implementation of “Burden Shift of Proof” among nurses of different groups. Both their stress levels and abilities to deal with emergencies are in proportion to their ages,lengths of service and professional titles. The senior nurses’ stress levels are higher and abilities to deal with emergencies are better than those of younger ones; the stress levels of nurses from hospitals of Class 2 and Grade A are higher than those of nurses from hospitals with Class 1 and Grade A.Conclusion Medical institutions should pay more attention to the law-related education to younger nurses in order to improve their self-protection awareness and abilities to deal with emergencies and to work out effective measures to respond to the implementation of “Burden Shift of Proof”.
