学龄前唇腭裂患儿智商与父母文化程度相关性测查分析 被引量：1

摘要 为探讨学龄前唇腭裂患儿父母文化程度对其智商的影响。采用中国-韦氏幼儿智力量表对30名农村学龄前唇腭裂患儿进行智商测试。结果农村先天性唇腭裂患儿语言智商明显低于操作智商。单因素中父母亲文化水平越高儿童的智商相应高,尤其与母亲文化程度关系密切(P<0.01);Logistic回归分析中母亲文化程度进入回归方程(P<0.05),即母亲文化程度影响患儿的作用显著。提示需对患儿父母进行育儿相关知识的教育,以提高患儿智力水平。
