摘要
目的 探讨循证护理的应用对提高护理本科生临床护理能力、护理科研能力的作用。方法 将98级42名进入外科临床实习的护理本科生随机分为对照组(20人)和实验组(22人)。对照组按原教学模式(参照护理常规实施护理带教),实验组按循证护理模式实施带教。实习结束时对两组护生进行综合技能考试和实习护理论文质量评分。结果实验组综合技能成绩及护理论文质量均显著优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 应用循证护理模式带教,有利于提高护理本科生的临床护理能力和护理科研能力。
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in improving the nursing skills and the ability to conduct scientific research of third-year nursing students. Methods Forty-two third-year nursing students were randomly divided into two groups, with 20 students in group A and 22 in group B. Students in group A were given traditional instruction on the basis of nursing routines. Students in group B received evidence-based nursing education. The students of the two groups were assessed for nursing skills and the quality of papers on the internship at the end of the internship. Results The students in group B showed a significantly better results in terms of general nursing skills and the quality of their research papers as compared with group A(P<0. 05). Conclusion The evidence-based nursing mode can help undergrate students of nursing sciences improve practical skills and ability to conduct scientific researches.
