手部残缺病人心理调适与社会支持的相关性研究

Social Support and Psychological Adjustment of Patients with Hand Impairment

目的 探讨手部残缺病人心理调适与社会支持的相关性。方法对92例外伤引起手部损伤致残缺的病人分别于手术后即时、伤口愈合后1个月进行抑郁情况测定,对比前后改善程度,以此评定病人的心理调适能力;同时采用社会支持评定量表进行社会支持度调查。结果 不同时间手部残缺病人抑郁程度差异明显(P<0.01);心理调适明显改善、改善、无改善及恶化病人所能得到的客观支持均处于较低水平。心理调适改善明显者社会支持总分、主观支持及对支持的利用度得分均明显高于心理调适无改善及恶化者(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论 重视手部残缺病人的心理调适,给予更多的社会支持有利于病人心理康复及社会行为的重建。

Objective To explore the correlation between social support and psychological adjustment of patients with hand impairment. Methods Ninety-two cases of trauma-induced hand impairment were subjected to the assessment of depressive state immediate after operation of the injured hand and one month after wound healing, and improvement of the depressive state was compared to assess the psychological adjustment of the patients. Simultaneously the social support was evaluated by social support depression scale. All the quantitative data were analyzed statistically. Results When psychological adjustment of patients was improved or patently improved, their total scores of social support, subjective support and use ratio of support were higher than those of the patients whose psychological adjustment haven't improved or become more serious(P<0. 05,P<0. 01). Conclusion Attention should be paid to the psychological adjustment of patients with hand impairment. More social support, especially subjective support is beneficial to improve their psychological rehabilitation and rebuild their social behavior.
