乳癌手术病人心理干预模型的构建及临床应用

Construction of a Psychological Intervention Model of Surgical Patients of Breast Cancer and Its Clinical Application

目的探讨手术病人心理干预模型(下称模型)的临床应用效果。方法将120例乳癌病人随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组采用常规心理护理,观察组应用模型实施心理干预,即根据病人心理成熟度的不同进行心理干预。于病人出院前采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)测评,并对其应对方式进行评分。结果观察组SDS、SAS评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组积极应对评分高于对照组,消极应对评分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论模型的应用能减轻病人抑郁、焦虑程度,有效地缓解其心理障碍。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the psychological intervention model of surgical patients. Methods One hundred and twenty breast cancer patients were divided into experimental group and control group. The patients in experimental group received routine nursing care, while the patients in the control group was subjected to the psychological intervention on the basis of the model. The patients were scored by using the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) ,self-rating depression scale (SDS) and coping style questionnaires before the patients were discharged. Results The scores in SAS and SDS in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P< 0. 05). With scores of coping style, the scores of active coping in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group and the scores of passive coping style in the experimental group was lower than those in the control group (P<0. 05 for both). Conclusion The use of the model could reduce the progress of depression and anxietly. and effectively relieve the psychological disorder.
