Digital Recording Method for Pain Measurement

目的探讨疼痛量化记录方法。方法将不同方法测量的疼痛强度量化为数字0～10和等级(无、轻、中、重、极度)表示;以体温表每小格代表0.5强度的疼痛量,5小格即1℃代表2.5强度的疼痛量或1个疼痛强度等级;记录用蓝色圆点描绘,蓝色线连接,应用于112例骨科术后病人。结果获得了准确、系统的疼痛量化曲线动态图表,反映骨科病人术后疼痛的规律。统计显示重度或7.5级以上疼痛病人45例。其中35例病人应用药物镇痛;77例病人采用护理干预镇痛有效,在没有应用药物镇痛情况下渡过了疼痛期。同时提高了病人对护士工作的满意度。结论 疼痛量化曲线图表能直观、明了、及时、准确、动态地反映术后病人疼痛变化过程及护理干预镇痛或药物镇痛效果。

Objective To discuss the pain measurement and digital recording method . Methods The different magnitudes of pain were represented as numbers from 0 to 10, and the degrees of pain were divided into none, medium, severity and graveness. '0. 5' magnitude of pain was represented by one scale of temperature-paper, and 5 scales equal to 1 ℃ represented '2. 5' magnitude of pain or '1' grade of pain. The dynamic trends of pain were indicated by the curve of magnitudes. This method was used in the surveillance on 112 post-operative patients in department of orthopedics. Results The dynamic curves could indicate the process of pain of the patients accurately. The statistical results indicated the number of patients above 7. 5 grades of pain were 45. Among them 35 patients were treated by anodyne. Seventy-seven cases were only subjected to nursing intervention to release the pain without taking medicine, and the effect was satisfied. Conclusion The established method for quantitative measurement of pain of the patients was simple, clear, accurate and dynamic. It may be useful to inspect the process of pain and evaluate the effect of nursing.
