摘要
目的了解气管切开 (TT)长期带管病人生活质量状况 ,为护理干预提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查表及生活质量综合评定问卷 ,对 4 0例TT长期带管病人进行电话、家访或问卷调查。结果病人生活质量总体评分为6 5 .7± 1 3.6 ,82 .5 %的病人不能完全自理 ,77.5 %的病人需要相关知识指导 ;影响生理功能、生活质量的主要因素为对切口相关知识的掌握程度、行为方式、运动及营养状况。结论提高病人掌握气管切开相关知识 ,注重饮食指导 。
Objective To collect data on the life quality of patients with tracheal incision on long term basis after tracheotomy, so as to provide foundation for nursing intervention. Methods The telephone interview, home visit or questionnaire investigation were carried out in 40 patients with tube on long term basis.Results The total score of life quality of the patients was 65.7±13.6. 82.5% of the patients could not take nursing care themselves;77.5% of them needed guidance.The grasp of relevant knowledge about incision, behavior manner, exercise and nutritional status were main factors that influenced their physical abilities and life quality. Conclusions Knowledge in nursing care after tracheotomy, guidance in food taking and rehabilitation exercise are necessary for improving life quality of the patients.
