摘要   生物激素对生物体的生长发育和繁殖有着重要的生物学意义.已经有大量生物体体液或组织中的激素测定报道[1~4],但大多是针对某种激素或是一类激素的研究,还未见将5种游离生物激素(肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺、17β-雌二醇和孕酮)两类激素一次性连续测定的报道.…… The determination of 5 hormones(epinephrine, noradrenalin, 17β-estradiolin, progesterone) shell gland was established by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry with negative chemical ionization(GC-NCI-MS) . Hormones was extracted with 7 mol/L formic acid and the equivalent of 7 mol/L ammonia was used to neutralize the formic acid. After spanning the supematants were transferred into C18 pillar for solid phase extraction and purification. And the hormones was eluted with 80% of the acetone aqueous solution. The recovered hormones was derived with HFBA and analyzed in selective ion monitoring (SIM) mode. The linearity is superior from 2.5 to 200 ng/ mL, with low detection limit of 0.01 ~ 0.79 ng/ mL. The average recovery is 14.84% ~ 74.31% after adding 50 ng hormones into about 0.1 g blank sample. This method is applied to determine the 5 hormones in Sepiella maindroni and Ostrea plicatula gland and with the results of 0-17.92 ng/g of the free hormones.
