The method of HPLC - MS is applied to analyze the extract from the fruits of Rosa kokanica. The information of the main chemical constituents are obtained from the HPLC and ESI - MSn analysis and hyperoside, quercetin, tiliroside, oleanolic acid and epi - arjunic acid were identified.
