A decontaminated sample was analyzed by ESI- MS. Three related chemicals, bis(2-methoxyethyl) ethylphosphonate, ethyl 2-methoxyethyl N, N-dimethylphosphoramidate and cyclohexyl 2-methoxyethyl ethylphosphonate, have been detected and identified. Their ESI - MS fragmentational behaviors were discussed as well.
