利用GC-MS/SIM联用技术研究了动物组织中19-去甲睾酮的测定方法,样品经酶解、提取、浓缩、C18柱净化、七氟丁酸酐衍生化后进行GC-MS分析.本方法具有样品前处理简单,抗杂质干扰强,可靠、简单、易操作、检出限低、准确度高等优点.便于推广应用.……
To study a method for the determination of 19-nortestosterone residues in tissue by GC - MS. 19-nortestosteronewere extracted from tissue sample with methanol, then centrifugal and a GC - MS method was used to analyze after the extract cleaned by C18, and ramifications was appearance. The standard curve showing a direct ratio between the concentration and the peak area were obtained with SIM, r > 0.991 7, RSD%≤15.3(n = 6), the detection limits were below 1.0μg/kg. The recovery percent were between 61 % and 101 % , while the concentration was very low. The method proved to be satisfactory in precision, sccuracy and sensitivity, without the need for elaborate purification procedures.
