摘要
纳米氧化镍是近几年来越来越受到重视的气体传感器材料。这里报道用柠檬酸法制备了纳米氧化镍粉末材料。XRD测试表明,在温度800℃焙烧后,得到良好的立方结构纳米氧化镍。TEM测试表明,纳米氧化镍平均粒径65nm,为球状多晶颗粒。
Nanometer nickel oxide can be used as a gas sensing material,and attracts more and more attention in recent years.Nanocrystalline NiO powder was made by using citrate method.The nanometer NiO powder possesses cubic structure after baked at 800℃,which is identified by XRD patterns.The average grain size of the NiO is 65nm,ball-like shape and polycrystal,as determined by TEM.
