摘要
主要介绍自制的基于光寻址电位传感器(LAPS)的生化检测仪。文中概述了LAPS的基本原理,并介绍了LAPS弱信号检测仪表的硬件与软件设计。仪表采用AT89C52单片机与PC机进行标准串接口通讯,具有灵敏度高,成本低,易维护及能进行多参数测量等特点。同时利用该检测仪表进行了pH值等参数的测量。
A light addressable potentiometer sensor system(LAPS) adopts the electrolyte|insulator|semi|conductor structure(EIS), which is mainly used to measure bio|chemical multi|parameter. The principle of LAPS is briefly described, as well as the whole weak signal detecting system which is mainly composed of controlling and data acquiring system. Finally the pH response of the sensor is measured by our detecting system.
