摘要 提出一种基于微转换器(Micro-Converter)的MEMS传感器组合研究平台。该平台以美国模拟器件公司(ADI)生产的新一代高性能微处理器——微转换器ADμC832为核心器件,将外围的多路MEMS传感器信号进行高质量的模、数转换,传感器由正交安装的3轴MEMS加速度计、3轴MEMS磁强计组成。该平台可以通过USB接口将数据传输到计算机,研究人员可以在PC端对数据进行研究,也可以对微转换器进行编程,对采集的原始信号进行实时处理,进而对各种需要验证的算法进行试验研究。 A MEMS sensor research platform based on micro-converter ADμC832 is presented. The research platform includes 3 dimension accelerometers and 3 dimension magnetometers.ADμC832 converts these sensors’analog signal to digital data,and send the data to a desktop PC through USB port.Users not only can process the data in PC environment,but also can process it in MCU embedded in ADμC832 by programming the micro converter.
