摘要
探讨了PXI数字存储示波器(DSO)模块的设计方法,详细介绍了基于PXI总线的数字存储示波器模块的基本结构及其工作原理,论述了PXI总线接口设计技术及高速实时采样技术。采用分相采样技术提高采样速率,根据该方法设计的示波器模块达到了实时200MHz采样速率及60MHz以上可测信号带宽的示波器功能。
It discusses the design of a digital storage oscilloscope (DSO) module based on PXI bus, introduces the architecture of the DSO module. The design of the interface between PXI bus and DSO module is introduced. The technology of high speed real sampling is also discussed, and a method to improve the sampling speed by sample in different phase is provided. With this method, 200MHz real sampling is realized in the DSO module based on PXI bus.
