基于原油含水检测的油量计量系统的应用

Application of Computation System of Oil Quantity Based on Measuring Water Content Ratio of Crude Oil

回顾了国内外原油含水测量技术的发展过程,在分析原油储罐参数自动检测的特点和研究沉降罐含水率及油量计量方法的基础上,提出了联合站进站原油、沉降罐原油及外输净油的含水率检测和动态油量计量方案。实际应用结果表明,该设计方案可满足生产实际要求,为实现联合站生产过程的自动化管理和原油生产储量自动化盘库奠定基础。

The developing process of measuring technique for water content ratio in crude oil at home and abroad was reviewed.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of automatic measurement for water content ratio in crude oil and the study of the methods for computing dynamic oil quantity of crude oil tank,the strategies of automatic measurement and computation for importing crude oil,crude oil in the sedimentation tanks and exporting net oil were presented.The practical application indicates the strategies to be available and effective.Therefore,the automatic management in the production process and automatic computation of crude oil reserves in the oil tanks and gross output of exporting net oil in united stations can be realized.
