摘要
针对我国热力行业生产和管理现状,以供热生产过程为对象,应用软测量技术提取特征参数,建立了供热系统生产过程故障诊断系统,将虚拟仪器技术和先进控制技术相结合,解决了锅炉燃烧过程的多输入、多输出、大时滞、多扰动、紧耦合特性的稳定控制问题,实现了供热系统的并行测控平台。
According to the production and management actuality of China heat energy industry, it makes a research aimed at the process of heating production to pick up character parameter by applying soft sensor technology, and it sets up a diagnosis system for failures in the production process. The method combines virtual instrument technology with advanced control technology, and solves the steady controlling problems of multi-input, mulit-output, time delay, multivariable disturbance,and tightly-coupled in boil burning process. It realizes the parallel measurement platform for heating system.
