介绍一种新型智能电阻检测仪的硬件结构、工作原理和软件系统,该仪器可通过键盘输入的方式,调整被检测产品合格的边界值,检测结果可通过液晶显示、声、光等各种方式输出,适合于对大批量电子产品电阻及其合格率进行实时检测,达到提高工作效率的目的。

It introduces the hardware structure, working principle and software system of a new kind of intelligent resistance monitor. By means of keyboard inputting, this monitor can adjust the qualifying boundary value of examined products and the examining result can be outputted by all kinds of means, such as liquid crystal display, sound and optics. This monitor is fit for real time examining of mass electronic products' resistance and qualification rate and can improve working efficiency.
