摘要 介绍了一种基于Windows的上位机对基于Dos的下位机进行监测的系统。系统实现的关键技术是串口通讯。在工业监测领域,经常用基于Windows的上位机来实现对基于Dos的下位机的控制和采集数据的处理及分析。通过在推力轴承油膜厚度测量系统中的实现,获得了良好的效果。与以往的基于Dos的上,下位机之间的串口通讯方法相比,这套系统不仅实现了实时监测和大批量数据的传输,也更容易编程及用户的使用。 It introduces the system in which the Windows host-computers monitor the Dos lower system. The key technology of realizing the system is the serial communication. In the monitoring field of industry, the host computer based on Windows is often applied to control the Dos lower system and process, analyze sampling data. Through the actual application in the system of oil film thickness for thrust bearing, the system shows good performance. Compared with the previous serial communication in which the host computer and lower system both base on Dos, this system realizes the real time monitoring and volume data transmitting, and it is easy to program and use.
