Design of Embedded High Rate Modem

提出一种适于嵌入式系统应用的新型高速调制解调器的实现方案。阐述了其工作原理、硬件和软件设计方案,分析了使其可靠、高速传输数据的硬件设计原则,并给出了利用单片机及该调制解调器实现数据传输的方案,该调制解调器具有结构简洁、速度快、成本低等优点,可广泛用在工业远程数据传输、商业POS以及互联网拨号接入等领域中。

A new high rate modem which is applicable to embedded system is presented. Its principles, designs of hardware and software are described respectively, in particularly, the design rule of guarantee reliability and high rate is emphasized. In the end, a data transmission schematic using micro-controller and the modem is implemented. The modem is of high rate and less costly with a simple structure, and can be used broadly in the areas of industry, POS terminals and devices dialing up into Internet.
