摘要
传统的行程编码是一种简单有效的数据压缩编码方法,在信源编码中属于统计编码无损压缩的范畴。在此基于对传统行程编码方法的研究与改进,结合离散余弦变换这一较常用的变换编码方法,针对位图图像的压缩编码,提出了一种新的有损行程编码方案,并通过应用实例的比例分析,证明了该方案的可行性。
The run-length encoding method is a concise and efficiency encoding method for digital compression,and it has been widely used in many fields of digital encoding.The run-length encoding method is a lossless encoding method for compression.This method was improved,and a new lossy run-length encoding method for compression of bitmap images combined with the discrete cosine transform was proposed,which is a commonly used transforming encoding method.This new method has been proved feasible by some analyses of instances.
