摘要
论述了由多传感器“融合”的轿车白车身机器视觉检测系统的原理、组成及其工作过程,设计了利用双经纬仪实现坐标系统一的方法,完成了测试实验及数据采集,并与标准值进行了比对,取得了较高的测量精度。
The theory, constitution and operation of the autocar-body machine visual inspection with mutisensors is presented. A method of uniting coordinate systems by using two theodolites is designed. Experiments and data acquisition are carried out, and high measurement accuracy is achieved with this system compared with the standard values.
