The fuzzy clustering analytical method based on fuzzy equivalent relation has been described.The principle,model and procedure of this fuzzy clustering analytical method are illustrated.Based on this fuzzy clustering analytical method,the clustering analysis of the maritime targets with specific characteristics are carried out.The result of calculation shows that this method is feasible and effective.
