摘要
采用SC801给出了一种新的低成本电流检测和波形有效值转换方法,为满足精度要求,采用了基于最小二乘线性误差补偿的方法提高电流检测精度的解决方案,并将该方案应用于环境监测系统中泵站电流检测和法拉电容的充放电电流测量及保护环节。实验表明该方法在电流互感器为0.5级的情况下,电流检测精度可达到1%,能够满足要求,显著降低了检测成本,也为其他领域的电流检测和有效值波形转换提供了新的方案。
A new method for current measurement and virtual value transformation has been proposed using AC current detector SC801. The method gives a linear error compensation solution for improving current measurement accuracy by lease square method. The low cost scheme has been applied to the current measurement of pumping station for the environmental monitoring system and current protection for ultra|capacitors. The system performance has been improved markedly. The practice manifests that the current measurement accuracy has achieved 1% and gained the project's ends using 5‰ CT. Similarly, the solution is also fit for many other conditions.
