摘要
论述了一种将数据分相存储技术应用于高速波形分析仪中,实现最高实时采样率200MSPS、存储深度为1M取样点的方法。重点阐述了数据分相存储技术的原理及其电路设计、仿真、方案的对比等。
This paper presents a method for the sampling data storage with different phases applied to the High-speed Waveform Analyzer, which can be of 200MSPS real time sampling rate and 1M words storage-depth. The principle and implementation, including logic design, timing simulation, and the compare to the different design schemes, etc., are discussed in this article in detail.
