摘要
从信号处理的角度给出了样本熵(SampEn)的定义,算法和应用。通过实例说明样本熵比近似熵更具相对一致性。样本熵比近似熵更符合理论性。适用于分析脑电等生物信号。
The definition, algortithm and application of sample entropy are introduced. SampEn agrees with theory much more closely then ApEn over a broad range of conditions. SampEn shows relative consistency where ApEn does not. A discussion is made on the reason of sample entropy's merits. The improved accuracy of SampEn statistics should make them useful in the study of experimental electroencephalography(EEG)and biological time series.
