摘要
从信息论角度建立被测量、测量误差和测量结果的数学模型。给出被测量信息熵、测量误差熵和测量结果信息熵的定义、相互关系以及求解方法。并指出典型分布下不确定度、置信系数与信息熵的数学关系。
The mathematical models of the measured quantity, measuring error and measuring result are built from the information theory view. The information entropy of measured quantity and measuring result, and the error entropy are defined. The relationship of them is shown. Finally, the relation formula of the error entropy and the uncertainty is given.
