本文首先分析了混凝土拌和站的生产工艺过程,给出了一种基于现场总线的混凝土拌和站控制系统网络拓扑图。用PROFIBUS总线与双模控制器构成了计算机分布式控制系统。实际运行表明控制系统及方法是有效的。

It shows the technological process of concrete mix station at first, and gives a kind of the topology structure of control system for the concrete mix station based on field buses. The distributed computer control system is designed with PROFIBUS and the two-mode controller. The results of actual operating show its efficient for this system.
