It introduces the management system based on PLC for supervising the failure and component supplying status of working positions, uploading the obtained information to the PC and the on-site display, so that relevant departments can take corresponding measures to increse the output and inprove the quality of products. A basis model for managing automobile production line based on PLC is proposed with the introduction of hardware configuration, controlling pattern and application software.
