摘要
系统汲取了国内外先进的故障诊断技术和经验,将振动信号检测技术与舰船主机柴油机的具体情况相结合,研制出了集船舶主机状态检测、故障诊断、预知维修为一体的在线监测与故障诊断系统。首次对船舶主机非平稳非线性信号采用局域波分析等创新技术进行处理,得出了正确的结论,解决了船舶主机实时故障诊断的问题,对设备保障有很高的实用价值。
The advanced technologies and experience have been taken for developing monitor and fault diagnosis system. By analyzing vibration signals of diesel engine, the system can detect engine states, diagnose faults, and foresee service on-line. The local wave method for analyzing nonlinear and non-stationary signals has been first used in ship main engine fault diagnosis, and it has got better results than Fourier analysis method. It has very high practical value in ship engine maintenance.
