The amount of the dissolved oxygen in the water is an important index for the aquiculture. The principle of determining dissolved oxygen and the structure of the system developed by AT89C51 single chip microcomputer and ICL7135 A/D are described. The system has been used to determine and control the amount of dissolved oxygen of water in the aquiculture successfully.
