摘要
介绍一种采用PIC单片机作为控制核心的船用温度巡测装置。针对船舱环境条件差、现场干扰强以及测温距离远等特点,采用温度—电流变送技术和有效的线性补偿措施,提高温度测量的精度;硬件电路设计采用多种新型元器件及采取严格的抗干扰措施,软件设计采用数字滤波技术、指令冗余和软件陷井等编程方法,使新型测温装置具有结构简单、性能可靠和便于维护等特点。
It introduces a new kind of device which uses PIC singlechip as intelligent part for warship temperature detecting. With the bad environment condition and powerful interference, the temperature-current converter and linear compensating technique are applied to improve the temperature measure precision. Some new components are used in the circuit as well as the measures of resistance to the interference are taken. The digital filter, instruction redundancy and software trap are used in program. So the new device have such advantages as simple structure, good reliability and convenient maintenance.
