摘要
自然增压充液拉深是一种综合了液体压边、摩擦保持、流体润滑、径向推力和预胀形优点的充液拉深方法。这里阐明了该方法对计算机智能化控制系统的要求,在YES-100试验机上建立了相应的计算机控制系统,通过对PCL-818数据采集卡的扩展实现了多种输入、输出量的采集与控制。使用VisualC++和ODBC编写了智能化充液拉深控制程序,主程序可以分为三个部分工艺参数设定、实时过程控制和智能化模块,有效保证了筒形件充液拉深过程的有序进行和液体压力闭环控制。
Passive pressurization hydraulic deep drawing is a new integrated method of hydromechanical deep drawing,which includes hydraulic blank holding,frictional preservation,fluid lubrication,radial pressure and pre-bulging.Considered the complexity of the deep drawing process,an intelligent computer control system has been built on the YES-100 material testing machine.Through extending the functions of a single PCL-818 data acquisition card the various digital and analog variables can be monitored and controlled.Moreover,the intelligent control program is programmed with Visual C_^++ and ODBC,which consists of parameter setting,real-time process control and intelligent module.The control program can successfully accomplish process control and fluid pressure closed-loop control of passive pressurization hydromechanical deep drawing.
