A Tilt Sensor with Liquid Capacitance Plates

It deals with the technique of sensors that measures a tilt without moving mechanical parts. A new structure that composes tilt sensor depending on the capacitance plate area ratio between two difference-capacitors is introduced, and some experimental results are reported.
