摘要
对比了旧、新爆破安全规程并分析了其中的缺陷,对爆破破坏判据进行了讨论。根据其缺陷提出通过小波分析和傅立叶分析把地震波信号划分为几个频带,采用加权速度结合频率破坏判据,分频考虑地震波的频率影响。对工程应用有较大的实用价值。
The old and the new safety regulations for blasting are compared and the blasting damage criteria is analyzed. In light of their shortcomings, the following measures are proposed: Fourier analysis and wavelet analysis are used to divide seismic wave into several bands, then the velocity safety criterion associated with frequency is put forward to fit the effect of blasting seism. There is much innovation in theory and value for engineering.
