智能型楼宇恒压供水系统设计

摘要 FUZZY—PID 控制是在大误差范围内采用模糊控制,以提高动态响应速度;在小误差范围内采用 PID 控制,引入积分控制作用消除静态误差,以提高控制精度.通过变频调速实现恒水压控制。自调整修正因子 FUZZY—PID 控制器,克服了传统 PID 控制设计中的参数调整困难的问题。该系统可取代高位水塔和直接水泵加压等传统供水方式,具有明显的节能效果和稳定的控制性能。 The design of Fuzzy-PID controller of adjusting the factor of revising by oneself is introduced,which can solve the problem existing in the parameter adjustment in the courses of the traditional PID control.FUZZY —PID control is to adopt fuzzy control within the range of big error,in order to improve the dynamic response speed.We adopt PID to control within the range of little error,introduce the total mark and control function and dispel the static error,in order to improve the precision of controlling.The water supply with constant pressure is obtained by speed-frequency variable.The system can replace the traditional water supply mode performed by a perch water tower and water pump,which effectuates the direct water pressure.The application has proved to be very effective for saving energy and control performance is stable.
