TiO2纳米粉体改性与相结构和光催化性能研究

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶方法,以钛酸丁酯为先驱体,冰醋酸为螯合剂,通过水解缩聚作用制备了纳米TiO2粉体,掺杂了钨元素对纳米TiO2进行改性.运用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)和光吸收等手段,研究了不同W掺杂量对TiO2相变和光催化活性的影响,确定了最佳的掺杂量和热处理温度.
