In this article,the function of magnetic meter and meaning of magnetic measurement are elucidated.The circumstances of core HMR2300r chip and interface chip of SN75LBC184 are introduced. The design process of meter is described.The whole circuit frame and part circuit on-line figures are given.The system software design is explained.The announcements of meter usage are emphasized.
