摘要
本文从分析项目管理型虚拟经营的成功案例入手,深入研究虚拟经营模式中核心企业的构建问题,并以此来探寻企业进行虚拟经营的成功之路。通过案例分析,作者认为,在项目管理类经营模式下,虚拟企业核心能力的主体构件并不是通常所说的核心技术(硬技术),而是有效协调、统筹资源和监控项目运作过程的能力(我们称之为“软技术”)。因此,虚拟企业要成功运营,要特别注重此类软能力的提升。通过企业组织的柔性化,管理结构的扁平化,重构业务流程,以及推行所有关系利益人双赢或多赢的策略等途径,提高协调和监控能力,进而形成自身独特的竞争优势,是虚拟企业培育核心能力的良好选择。
Starting with analyzing the successful cases of virtual business in project management,this paper discusses the cultivation of core competence of virtual enterprise further in order to seek the successful way to virtual business.After the analysis of cases,the au- thors think that,under the mode of project management,the key component of core competence of virtual enterprise is not the core tech- nology (“hard technology”),but the abihty of coordinating,conducting resources and supervising the operation course of project effec- tively (we call it“soft technology”).So the virtual enterprise should pay more attention to promote this type of soft ability in order to succeed in business.And we can improve the ability of coordination and supervision by the following ways to build enterprises' unique competitive advantages,such as realizing the flexibility of organizations,setting up horizontal managerial structure,business process re- engineering,and carrying on strategy of win-win and multi-win to all interests' relations.
