企业制造能力与创新绩效的关系研究:一些中国的实证发现 被引量:18

In search of the relationship between manufacturing capabilities and firms' innovative performance:some empirical findings in China

摘要 本文在提出制造能力的审计框架基础上,探讨了中国企业为建立和实施可持续的竞争力,它们的制造能力和创新绩效之间的关系。实证分析的数据是由最近对北京地区的213创新型企业所获得的。首先采用相关分析识别企业制造能力与企业创新绩效之间的关系。对各种主要的创新绩效指标,分别采用 T 检验证实”强企业”与”弱企业”在制造能力方面存在差异的显著性。研究发现制造能力的大多数组成部分在提高企业的创新绩效方面起关键作用。然而,仅依靠制造设备的加大投资,并不能带来较高的创新绩效和显著的产品竞争力。全体制造能力的有效集成对中国企业创新绩效与产品竞争力的改善产生实质的贡献。 A study framework of manufacturing capability audit is proposed and the relevance of the manufacturing capability and innova- tive as well as economic performance of Chinese firms to building and sustaining their competitiveness is examined.Empirical data were acquired through a recent study of 213 innovative firms from Beijing,China.Correlation analysis is employed to identify the relationship between manufacturing capability and innovative performance among these firms.T-test is adopted to verify significance of difference in manufacturing capability between“Stronger firms”and“weaker ones”,corresponding to various major indicators of innovative perfor- mance.The findings reveal that most components of which manufacturing capability consists play a vital role in enhancing the firms' in- novative performance and product competitiveness.However,the heavier investment in manufacturing equipment alone can neither lead to higher innovative performance nor significantly stronger product competitiveness.The integration of various manufacturing capabilities is then substantial to the improvement of innovative performance and product competitiveness of Chinese finns.
