摘要
本文通过科研院所对科研人员绩效的定量考核实践,讨论了科研绩效定量考核的原则、考核内容与指标以及定量评价的理论与方法,为科研人员的工作绩效的定量评价提供了切实可行的方法。
Based on the practice of quantitative evaluation on researchers in institutes,the paper discussed the principles,items,and indicators for quantitative evaluation on researchers in institutes as well as the theories and methods for quantitative evaluation.And an applicable case for quantitative evaluation on researchers in institutes is introduced.
