摘要
试验了在柱层析操作条件下,聚酰胺树脂对铂和钯的吸附性能。结果表明,在0.001~3.5mol/L的HCl(或王水)介质中,聚酰胺树脂对铂和钯的吸附容量分别为20.92和19.20mg/g,被酸性硫脲溶液洗脱后,用双十二烷基二硫代乙二酰二胺光度法测定。方法用于矿石中微量铂、钯的富集分离和测定,结果与等离子体发射光谱法及推荐值相符。铂、钯回收率均在93.7%~99.2%,相对误差分别为5.56%和4.44%。
A new method for preconcentration and separation of trace platinum and palladium based on the selective adsorption of Pt and Pd by polyamide resin was developed. The result shows that the resin has high adsorption ability on Pt and Pd in 0.001~3.5 mol/L of HCl solution with a saturated adsorption capacity of 20.92 (Pt) and 19.20 (Pd) mg/g. The platinum and palladium adsorbed on the resin can be eluted by 50 g/L of acid thiourea solution (pH 1~3,60~90℃)and determined by DDO-spectrophotometry. The method has been applied to preconcentration, separation and determination of trace Pt and Pd in mineral samples. The results are in agreement with those provided by ICP-AES. The recoveries for Pt and Pd are 93.7%~99.2% with relative error of 5.56% (Pt) and 4.44% (Pd).
