摘要 随着现代信息科学和网络技术的发展,信息技术对组织学习产生了深远的影响.本文综述了最近在信息技术与组织学习研究领域中致力于研究组织学习与信息技术应用之间关系的相关文献.信息技术总体上是促进了组织学习,主要表现在促进组织记忆和支持信息协同两大方面,另一方面,信息技术的应用也会对组织学习产生负面阻碍影响,如何克服这些障碍应该是信息技术与组织学习领域未来研究的重点.
