摘要
阐述了产业集群定义及作用,结合湖北省中小企业的发展现状和产业优势,对湖北省中小企业实施产业集群化发展战略进行了系统的分析。
This paper illustrates the concept and the theory of industrial cluster, analyzes the development status of small-medium sized enterprises(SMSE)and industry superiority in hubei province, and study on the practice of development strategy of industrial clusters of SMSE in huhei.
