摘要
目的 探讨异位甲状腺被误诊为甲状舌管囊肿的原因。方法 用超声观察和测量正常甲状腺、异位甲状腺和甲状舌管囊肿 ,结合手术和病理结果进行相关的分析。结果 由于对异位甲状腺的认识不足 ,异位甲状腺容易被误诊为甲状舌管囊肿。结论 在诊断甲状舌管囊肿时应注意与异位甲状腺鉴别 ,以免因误诊而手术给患者带来损害 。
Objective To explore the reason why ectopic thyroid is misdiagnosed as thyroglossal duct cyst. Methods The normal thyroid,ectopic thyroid and thyroglossal duct cyst were observed and measured,and the surgical and pathological results were analyzed. Results Becsuse of shortage in understanding of ectopic thyroid,it was misdiagnosed as thyroglossal duct cyst frecquently. Conclusion When diagnosing ectopic thyroid,more attention should be paid to differential diagnosis with ectopic thyroid. In case of misdiagnosis,it would do harm to the patient. With ultrasonic examination,ectopic thyroid and thyroglossal duct cyst can be determined.
